Sign multiple files quickly

Hello everyone! In this video, we'll see how easy it is to open a whole folder of PDFs in pdfMachine and quickly sign each one using a saved signature stamp. pdfMachine can even help you save automatically as you go!

 

Steps in Video:

  1. Start with the main pdfMachine window open.

  2. Click on the main menu icon (the three horizontal lines).

  3. Select 'Open Folder' from the File menu.

  4. Navigate to the folder containing the PDF files you want to sign.

  5. Click the 'Select Folder' button.

  6. A prompt appears asking if you want pdfMachine to automatically save changes when moving between PDFs. Click 'Yes' for convenience.

  7. The first document in the folder opens.

  8. Click the 'Sign' icon in the toolbar.

  9. The signature panel opens, showing available stamps. Select your saved signature stamp.

  10. Drag and drop the signature stamp onto the desired location on the document.

  11. Click the 'Next Page' arrow to move to the next document.

  12. pdfMachine automatically saves the changes to the current document and opens the next one.

  13. Repeat the process: Click the 'Sign' icon, select your signature, and place it on the second document.

  14. Click the 'Next Page' arrow again.

  15. pdfMachine saves and opens the third document.

  16. Apply your signature to the third document following the same steps.

  17. Click the 'Settings' icon (optional - shows you can access settings).

  18. You can use the 'Previous Page' arrow to go back and review documents.
