Insert and Append Pages

This video demonstrates how to use the 'Append PDF' feature in pdfMachine White to add additional PDF files to the end of your current document.

 

Steps in Video:

  1. The video opens showing a PDF document with a single page labeled "My second page".

  2. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.

  3. Expand the 'Append' section. Select 'Append PDF'.

  4. In the file dialog, select the PDF you want to append. In this case, 'page1.pdf'.

  5. The selected PDF page ('My first page') is appended to the beginning of the document.

  6. Click on the menu icon again.

  7. Expand the 'Append' section.

  8. Select 'Append PDF'.

  9. In the file dialog, select another PDF to append. Here, 'page3.pdf' is chosen.

  10. The new PDF page ('My third page') is appended to the end of the document.
