Create a Dedicated Printer For A Certain Stationery
Learn how to create a new pdfMachine printer, configure it to use a specific stationery PDF, and then use this new printer to convert a document (like a Word file) to PDF with the stationery automatically applied.
Steps in Video:

Open pdfMachine in Administrator mode.

Open the main menu.

Go to the Tools menu.

Select 'Add / Remove printers'.

Click the 'Add...' button.

Enter a name for the new printer (e.g., 'pdfMachine Company A').

Click 'OK'.

Close the 'Add / Remove printers' window.

Close pdfMachine Ultimate.

Search for the options for the newly created printer.

Open the printer options.

Navigate to 'Apply on print'.

Select 'Stationery'.

Check 'Enable stationery on all pages'.

Click 'Select stationery'.

Choose the desired stationery PDF file and click 'Open'.

Go back from the Stationery settings.

Close the pdfMachine Ultimate options.

Open a document in an application like Microsoft Word.

Go to the Add-ins tab in Word.
