Automatically Apply Stationery

This video demonstrates how to configure and apply custom stationery to your PDF documents using the Broadgun pdfMachine office software. It shows how to select a stationery file in the pdfMachine settings and then print a document from Word with the selected stationery automatically applied.

 

Steps in Video:

  1. Open the pdfMachine office application and navigate to the settings menu by clicking the gear icon.

  2. In the settings menu, select 'Apply on print' from the left-hand navigation pane.

  3. Expand the 'Apply on print' options and click on 'Stationery'.

  4. Check the 'Enable stationery on all pages' box to activate the stationery feature.

  5. Click the 'Select Stationery' button to browse and choose the PDF file you want to use as stationery.

  6. Navigate to the location of your stationery PDF file, select it, and click 'Open'.

  7. Optionally, click 'View Stationery' to preview the selected PDF stationery.

  8. Close the pdfMachine office settings window.

  9. Open a document in an application like Microsoft Word.

  10. Go to the print function in Word and select the 'Broadgun pdfMachine' printer.

  11. Click 'Print' to create the PDF document with the stationery applied.
